Joseph "Joey" Donnelly Jr.

Joseph (Joey) Donnelly Jr., passed away Sunday, August 27, 2023 at Solana Doylestown with his father by his side. He was 61 years old.

Born in Huntingdon Valley, PA, Joseph Jr. was the son of Joseph Donnelly and the late Elizabeth Boland Donnelly. He is the grandson of the late Mary and Thomas Donnelly and Elizabeth and Patrick Boland.

Joey was a very special man who brought joy to everyone he met. He loved to dance and sing and was always the life of the party. His favorit pastimes were shopping and going out for lunch. He spent most summers vacationing at the Jersey shore with his family. Joey loved attending Active Day where he enjoyed spending time with his friends. He had a very special relationship with his Godmother the late Mary Boland.

Joseph will be missed tremendously by his sister Beth Casey and her husband Bill; his niece Brianna Raymond and her husband Zach, his niece
Meghan Casey, his nephew Patrick Casey; and great nephew, Casey James who was born shortly before Joey’s passing. He is also survived by
his aunts, uncles, cousins.

Relatives and friends are invited to greet Joey’s family on Friday, September 1, 2023 from 10:00am, until the start of his Funeral Mass, 11:30am at Our Lady of Good Counsel Church, 611 Knowles Avenue in Southampton, PA 18966. His interment will take place privately.

In lieu of flowers or memorial contributions we ask that in memory of Joey you show inclusiveness and acceptance to everyone despite their ability or disability. In a world where you can be anything, choose to be kind.
