Angela Lichtner (Antoni)

Angela Lichtner, 91, of Ivyland, PA, died peacefully on Thursday, January 18, 2024 at St. Mary Medical Center in Langhorne, PA. She was 91 years old.

Angela was the beloved wife of the late Erwin Lichtner. The couple was married for 45 years when Erwin died in 2000.

Born in Glaserhau, Czechoslovakia, Angela was the daughter of the late Stefan and Johanna Grossmann Antoni. She was the mother of the late Robert Lichtner.

Angela was an avid gardener and enjoyed baking holiday cookies. She was famous for her German Potato Salad and Cole Slaw. She loved visiting friends, especially to celebrate their birthdays with them. She and her husband hosted numerous family get togethers and acted as tour guides for visiting family members from Europe.  She was an active member of the Bavarian Club, participating in many club events including Oktoberfests, Casino trips and Christmas parties.

Angela will be missed by her son and daughter-in-law, Dietrich and Lynn Lichtner and her sister Maria Barth.

Relatives and friends may greet Angela’s family on Friday, January 26, 2024, from 10:00am until the start of her Funeral Mass at 11:00am, at St. Vincent de Paul Church, 654 Hatboro Road in Richboro, PA 18954. Her interment will follow at Union Cemetery.
