Zachary Hesch Severns

Zachary Hesch Severns, 42, of Philadelphia and Doylestown, PA passed away suddenly on April 24, 2024.

Born March 21, 1982, he was the son of William Severns and Susan Hesch.

He began his work career with the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board (PLCB).  He found his final passion  in the medical field most recently employed by Penn Medicine in the maternal child division.

He was a devoted practitioner of Karate whose passion for that martial art was only surpassed by his love of the Pittsburgh Steelers. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him and with whom he often shared his infectious smile.

Along with his parents, Zachary is survived by his aunts and uncles, Patty and Jim Nolan, Bob and Nancy Hesch, Nancy L. Hesch, his foster brother Danny Marrero and numerous cousins.

Relatives and friends are invited to greet the family Sunday, May 5, 2024 from 10:00 am until the memorial service at 11:30 am at the Joseph A. Fluehr III Funeral Home, 241 E. Butler Ave. (at Sandy Ridge Rd.), New Britain. Interment will be held privately.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in Zachary’s name can be made to Last Chance Ranch, Quakertown, PA or Make Peace with Animals New Hope PA.
