Theresa Thompson

Theresa Marie Thompson, age 59, passed away peacefully on Monday, May 6th, 2024, surrounded by loved ones.

She was born to the late Albert and Ann Thompson of Philadelphia; PA. Theresa is the youngest of nine children. She is survived by her loving son, Shane Heiland who is the joy of her life; also, by her brothers, Albert Thompson, Daniel Thompson (Elizabeth), Joseph Thompson, and the late Michael Thompson; sisters, Marie Nowlan (the late Phillip), Helen Kessler (Bruce), Nancy Schuster, the late Agnes Thompson and many nieces and nephews. She will also be deeply missed by her close friends and her work family at Sublime Salon.

Theresa loved the beach and enjoyed summers in Ocean City New Jersey with family and friends. She was also an avid reader and enjoyed lively conversations. One of things we will miss is her infectious laugh that warmed our hearts. She was a dedicated and loving mother; and Shane will miss her deeply. Theresa touched the lives of many; including friends, family, and clients; who became friends.

Theresa graduated from Bucks County Beauty School and worked as a cosmetologist her entire life. She loved her job and enjoyed making people feel good about themselves. She was incredibly kind and giving and had a beautiful soul. She was down to earth, practical, and very independent. She was honest and straightforward and was trustworthy and loyal to those around her.

Her family invites relatives and friends to celebrate her life with them on Thursday, May 16th, 2024, at the Joseph A Fluehr III Funeral home at 800 Newtown Richboro Road, Richboro, PA 18954.
