Maryann Mangeney (Colsher)

Maryann Mangeney (née Colsher), passed away peacefully on Friday, May 31, 2024, surrounded by her family at her residence in Bedminster, PA. She was 72 years old.

Maryann was the beloved wife of John Mangeney; the couple shared 56 years of friendship, laughter, love and family.

Born in Philadelphia on December 14, 1951, Maryann was the daughter of the late William and Mary (Caputo) Colsher.

Maryann was a loving mother to her 3 sons; they were her proudest accomplishment.  As a dedicated and compassionate Mom Mom, she made many memories with her 2 grandchildren; including vacations, sleepovers, and days spent babysitting that included many hugs, kisses, and laughs.   She was a supportive and loving wife of John. They enjoyed traveling, going to their favorite restaurants, and spending time in Margate, New Jersey.  Maryann enjoyed singing, dancing, going to the casinos, and playing cards.  She always cheered for her Philadelphia sports teams, being an avid fan of the Eagles and Phillies.  Maryann had a heart of gold and was always willing to help anyone who was in need.  She has been lost too soon and will be missed by so many. She was simply the best and will be forever loved.

In addition to her husband John, Maryann will be missed by her children and their spouses, John Mangeney Jr. of Bedminster, PA, Michael Mangeney and his wife Brianne of Bedminster, PA, Bryan Mangeney of Bedminster, PA; Grandchildren, Ella & Luke; siblings, William Colsher (Barbara), Irene Schweitzer (Frank), Sheila Dengel (Ronald), Carol DeSantis (Michael), Donna Gairo (Arthur), Denise Naylor (Brian), as well as many nieces, nephews and extended family members.

There will be a private celebration of life for family and close friends.
