Edward W. Logan

Edward W. Logan, 86 years of Warminster, PA passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his loving family. Born to the late Edward W. Logan and Emily Eisenbrey in Philadelphia, PA in 1938.

Ed was a great husband, father, and man of faith. Born in Philadelphia, he was happily married for almost 62 years to the love of his life, Pat, and had four daughters who he adored – he was the ultimate girl Dad (before it even became a thing). He worked at PECO for over 35 years and for many years at the Limerick Nuclear plant. Ed was an avid golfer and was a member of Springford Country Club. Playing golf in Ireland with Pat was always his favorite vacation. In retirement, he volunteered his construction and electrical skills to help the Sisters of Charity in Norristown for several years. He always said to his girls and grandkids “Don’t cry for me. I had a great ride!”

Edward is predeceased by his wife, Patricia Logan (Cliggett); survived by four daughters, Diane Logan Hollie, Patricia Sibre and husband Mark, Colleen Tobin and husband William and Kate Higgins (Todd); brother, Bud Logan and his wife Natalie; sisters, Patty Logan and husband Matt and the late Emily Conway; nine grandchildren, Kevin (Alexis), Sara (Dylan), William (Demi), Trisha (Tim), Michael (Maddie), Alyssa (Jamie), Bridget, Daniel, Emily and three great grandchildren.

Friends and family may visit on Wednesday, August 28th from 9:30am-11:00 am at Nativity of Our Lord Church, 605 W. Street Road, Warminster, PA. A funeral service will follow. Interment will be left private to the family.
