Ana Paula Escaleira (Venda)

Ana Paula Escaleira, 56, of Richboro, passed away August 23, 2024. She was the beloved wife of Jose Escaleira.

Born April 20, 1968 in Portugal, she was the daughter of Maria Venda and the late Bonifacio Venda.

Ana enjoyed her life surrounded by so many friends and family. With her lovable nickname “Paulinha”, she enjoyed every special moment that was presented to her. Whether it was having lunch with friends, traveling, spending Sundays in Newark, or watching her favorite Philly Sports Team she was sure to make every moment count. Ana’s 13 year journey with Cancer did not stop her from doing these things she had so much passion for. Ana was a fighter and fought until the very end, her strength is very inspiring and will never be forgotten. 

Along with her husband, Jose, Ana is survived by her daughters, Sabrina Escaleira (Devon Memis) and Leeza Escaleira (Matthew Barrella); sister, Amelia Tavares (Victor); and many nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are invited to greet the family Thursday, August 29, 2024 from 10:00 am until her Funeral Mass at 11:00 am in St. Bede the Venerable Church, 1071 Holland Road, Holland, PA 18966.  Her interment will follow at Our Lady of Grace Cemetery, Langhorne.
