Ann Tessoni (Matluk)

Ann Tessoni, 93, of Warrington, passed away Saturday, May 7, 2022. She was the former wife of Nicholas Halchuck, who passed away in 1965, and Robert B. Tessoni, who passed away in 2006.

Born February 23, 1929 in Philadelphia, she was the daughter of the late Basil and Anastasia (Janchuk) Matluk.

Ann was known for her love of animals, especially her dogs Coco, Deliah and Asta (lovingly referred to as Al Capone!). Her care for animals was endless, and she once rescued a homeless cat in a snowstorm; she was delighted when the cat turned out to be pregnant. She fed all animals that ventured into her yard from birds to raccoons and more.

She also enjoyed cooking, entertaining and throwing lavish parties. She was a devoted great grandmother to Peyton and Dylan.

Survivors include a daughter, Carol A. Graf; a granddaughter, Nicole Flannery and her husband Bryan; and two great-grandchildren, Peyton and Dylan.

She was preceded in death by her two siblings, Nicholas Matluk and Mary E. Lodge.

Relatives and friends are invited to greet the family Thursday, May 12, 2022 from 9:30 am until the funeral mass at 10:00 am at St. Anne Ukrainian Catholic Church, 1545 Easton Rd, Warrington. Interment to take place privately.
