Daniel V. Lamay

Daniel V. Lamay, 77, of Southampton, passed away Thursday, February 8, 2024. He was the beloved husband of the late Karen A. Lamay, who passed away in 2022.

Born February 15, 1946 in Drexel Hill, he was a son of the late Urban and Margaret (Fox) Lamay.

Dan was a proud Navy veteran, having spent two years of active duty on the USS Hawkins – serving in Vietnam.  Dan had a long, successful sales career, but was happiest playing golf at Bensalem Country Club, watching the deer and birds in his backyard, and spending time with family. He left an indelible mark on everyone who met him, and we know he is at peace being reunited with his love.

Survivors include two children, Brian Lamay (Alexandra) and Michelle Giere (Dan); three grandchildren, Ezra, Max, and Beau; and two sisters, Constance Fohner and Marie Pinto.

He was preceded in death by his siblings, Pat, Marge, Urb, and Bob.

Services and interment will be held privately.

Contributions in Daniel’s name can be made to the International Essential Tremors Foundation at https://essentialtremor.org/donate/memorial-wall.
