Carmen J. DiDonato

Carmen J. DiDonato of Holland, PA died suddenly at his home on Tuesday, January 24, 2023.  He was 74.

He was the beloved husband of 30 years to Christine Koletas DiDonato.

Born in Camden, NJ he was the son of the late Camillo and Laura Minniti DiDonato and the father of the late Louis J. DiDonato and the brother of the late Loretta DiDonato.

Carmen was a proud veteran of the Army who answered the call to serve his country during the Vietnam War.  He was a regional manager for Dunkin Donuts and a loving and devoted husband, father, and grandfather.  Carmen enjoyed time spent with his beloved family and creating memories that will last forever in their hearts and minds.  Carmen will be greatly missed, but eternally loved by everyone who was in his life and loved by him.

In addition to his wife Christine, Carmen is survived by his four loving daughters: Danelle Bergeron and her husband Jason of Franklinville, NJ, Martine DiDonato of Mt. Laurel, NJ, Laura DiDonato of Burlington, NJ, and Athanasia DiDonato of Holland, PA.  He is also survived by his grandson Thomas Johnston, his brothers: Anthony (Carolyn), Gregory (Gail), Daniel (Jeannette), Thomas (Carol), and Joseph DiDonato and his sisters Camile LeClair (Ed), Maryann Koletas, Gloria DiDonato (Tom), and many nieces and nephews that he loved dearly.

Carmen’s family will receive friends on Monday, February 6, 2023, from 10:30am until his Funeral Mass 12 Noon in St. Bede the Venerable Church, 1071 Holland Road Holland, PA 18966.  His interment with Military Funeral Honors will follow at Washington Crossing National Cemetery in Newtown.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the DiDonato Family Funeral Fund.
