Pina and Family, There are no words to express how sorry I am for all of you. In this season of light, he was a shining light---a teacher to many. May your memories keep him close.
Jerry, Pina and Family, I am so very sorry for the loss of Franny. I will always remember the little boy who came to the fence and wanted to swim or to come over and just hang out to tell me stories! Fran's smile was bright, his laugh infectious & he had LOTS to teach me and the world. May your hearts stay full of memories and love. Franny will always be with you as your guide and he'll keep watch over his loved ones and although he doesn't walk the earth, he still will be teaching life lessons through his memories & the signs he gives that he's still around you. Again, I'm very sorry for this great loss. I'll forever remember Franny!! Love, Holly (old neighbor out back)

Dear Rahill Family,
To say Fran was/is Exceptional is an understatement! Since the day I met him at the age of maybe 2 or 3, he became one of my most favorite kids to see for his checkups at the Dental Office: you could always count on him to be smiling and socializing with everyone. He would immediately bring smiles to everyone’s face! As he got older we could always count on Fran to come into the office larger than life asking “Where’s the Boss? Where’s Dr. Brian”? Fran’s love for sports was incredible and he and Dr. Brian had that in common.
Fran seemed to know everyone. He was definitely a social person!
I recently saw Fran after not seeing him for a bit and he gave me a super big hug! I will treasure that forever!
You were blessed with this amazing individual that brought light to many! Please know that I am thinking of your family during this difficult time!
Fran,
Thank you for being you and for setting an example to all of us as to what a wonderful human being is!
I will miss seeing your infectious smile!!!
Much love,
Crystal Alexander
We got to know Fran from multiple visits to my sister Tina’s house and enjoyed listening to his stories and responding to his inquisitive questions. He was always so sweet and engaging to talk to. Everyone has a funny and fond Fran story that will keep his memory going for a long time. Our prayers go out to the Rahill family during their time of loss. A beautiful family that was truly blessed having Franny in their lives.
I am so saddened to hear of Franny’s passing. I will always remember him as the most cheerful, kind hearted, optimistic kindergartner. It was an absolute joy to be his teacher. He always had a huge smile on his face and greeted everyone with a hug. My heart is with you all at this difficult time.
Rahill Family,
My deepest sympathies to you and your family.
May God give you peace that you wish for.
I offer you my thoughts, prayers, and well wishes during this dark time in your lives.
Franny is up with the Angels right now smiling down upon you and your family.

Dear Jerry Rahill, Pina, and family,
We send our sincerest sympathy at this time of your loss of Fran.
One only had to meet Fran once to observe what a bright light and beautiful spirit he had. He could entertain an entire crowd. Whether it be at an Archbishop Wood Football game, or a “bring your child to work day”.
Having touched so many, with even one or two encounters, the many cherished memories created by his life will sustain those who were closest to him.
Our sincerest condolences are offered to the entire Rahill family and we are truly sorry for your loss.
Rahill Family,
