Please accept our condolences on the passing of your Mom and Grandmom, and our kind neighbor. Paul and I were lucky to have known Charlotte for quite some time, and to have her as our neighbor. After she moved, I would see Charlotte at yard sales in the neighborhood and we would chat about our families, what was happening in the neighborhood, her kids and grandkids, and she always asked about my kids. It was as if no time had passed at all since the last time we saw each other. She was truly a nice person, and we're sorry to hear of her passing.

Condolences for Charlotte L Pedersen

I am sorry to hear about Mrs. Pedersen! She was such a patient and kind person, tolerating me as the kid across the street (who was over her house all the time) and never getting mad at all the crazy things Lindsay, Dana and I would do. We broke her microwave putting a metal bowl in it trying to make tie dye shirts. We buried time capsules in her yard. We hogged the TV, watching TRL and trying to learn the "Baby One More Time" dance. We slept over in the den and probably kept her up all night. All the while, she fed us snacks and asked us questions, interested in what we were up to and (most of the time) getting a kick out of it!
She was such a special person. Sending hugs to all of you.
