Today is 7 months since you were called home. Nothing is the same. No phone calls, no texts , no sisters weekends. I miss your voice, your smile, I just miss everything about you. We celebrated your birthday with a mass and memories. When I sit in the silence of my home, I can hear my heart say I love you Doreen, and I can hear you tell me, I know you do.
I will look for you in the warmth of the sun, the beauty of a flower and the song of a bird. I will find you in all things from The Father. I will love you as only a sister can love. Never let go of my hand little sister, for I will never let go. I love you.

Doreen, it is 1 year since God called you home. I miss you more each day. I miss your voice, your laugh, your phone calls. I miss our sister get togethers. When I listen to your favorite disco songs I can see you dancing, free from any pain with pure joy on your face. There are moments in the day that I feel your presence so strongly, I know that you are watching over me and I love you for that. Remember your hand is always in mine and I will never let go. I love you Little Sister. I always have and I always will. Until we meet and 6 step once again.
